政策大綱
卡斯莉婚禮及活動統籌有限公司（簡稱「本公司」）承諾根據香港之個人資料（私隱）條例（第486章）及國際認可之個人資料私隱保護政策，保障閣下的私隱權利。
個人資料搜集及用途
(i)凡使用本公司的婚禮或活動統籌服務均需提供個人資料，個人資料包括但不限於以下各項：
- 中英文姓名
- 聯絡地址
- 電話號碼
- 電郵地址
- 身份證或護照號碼
- 出生日期
- 國籍
- 其他相關資料
本公司會根據此私隱權保護政策聲明邀請閣下提供個人資料，而你提供的個人資料亦只會用於有關的說明用途上。
(ii) 本公司不會在閣下瀏覽 http://carsleywedding.com 時搜集你的個人資料。當你瀏覽網站http://carsleywedding.com 時只會搜集你的瀏覽次數紀錄，而不會搜集你的個人資料。瀏覽次數紀錄的收集是用以估量http://carsleywedding.com的每日瀏覽人次，有關資料只作統計網站使用率用。
(iii) 當閣下瀏覽網站http://carsleywedding.com時因聯絡及購買產品提供之個人資料，本公司會根據此私隱權保護政策聲明邀請閣下提供個人資料，而你提供的個人資料亦只會用於有關的說明用途上。
個人資料的保安
當本公司接收到閣下的個人資料時，本公司會即時保存妥當並予以保密，只有得到授權及經過訓練的員工才可獲准接觸有關資料。本公司亦會確保僱員遵從在個人資料保安及保密方面的操守。
個人資料的傳輸
閣下的個人資料將會得到保密，但可能會傳輸到以下公司或人士：
- 有關付款的相關銀行；
- 本公司外判服務商，如網絡系統承辦商、顧問、會計師或其他服務提供者；
- 其他執行資料保安工作的人士及機構；
- 法庭頒令, 政府部門或法定機構根據有關法律而指示或要求該些資料要傳輸到人士。
取用及更改個人資料
在有關私隱條例保障下，閣下有權向本公司查詢你個人資料的內容及更改任何不準確及不及時的資料。如需查閱及更改個人資料，可聯絡我們作出更改 。
禁止之用途或行動
閣下如以本公司提供之服務或產品作出以下禁止之用途或行動，即違反本公司之政策，本公司可能暫時取消或終止客人之有關服務或產品：
(a) 任何非法活動或其有關之活動；
(b) 侵害他人之權利，包括版權或其他知識產權；
(c) 不合理地妨礙或可能妨礙其他客人使用服務或產品；
(d) 表現任何危害或干擾服務或產品的正常運作的行為；
(e) 加入任何屬於淫褻﹑令人反感﹑具侮辱性﹑具威嚇性﹑具侵擾性或恐嚇性質的內容；
(f) 作轉售用途。

如本協議的中、英文本出現分歧，以英文文本為準。
PRIVACY POLICY STATEMENT (INTERNET VERSION)
Our General Policy
Carsley Wedding Consultant and Event Organiser Company Limited (“the Company”) is committed to protecting your personal data privacy in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap 486) of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of Peoples’ Republic of China and internationally recognized standards of personal data privacy protection.
Data Collection and Use
(i)To facilitate the Company to provide you with services from time to time, it is necessary for you, to supply the Company with personal data. Personal data collected by the Company include but do not limited to the following :
- full name in both Chinese and English
- address
- telephone number
- e-mail address
- Hong Kong Identity Card No. or passport No.
- date of birth
- nationality
- other data in connection with our operations
The data above will be used by the Company only for the purposes stated in the respective screens on which the Company invites you to provide your data and in accordance with this policy statement. The Company will only use the information provided for the stated purposes.
(ii) The Company does not collect any personal data from you during your browsing of http://carsleywedding.com. When you visit http://carsleywedding.com, the Company records your visit only as a “hit” and does not collect any personal data from you. The “hit” information is to allow the Company to compile general statistics to show the daily number of visitors to http://carsleywedding.com. The Company uses this information only for preparing general statistics on the traffic and usage of http://carsleywedding.com.
(iii) When you visit http://carsleywedding.com, the Company collects general information about your visits by means of “Cookies” files. “Cookies” are small text files which are sent to your browser from a web server and stored on your computer’s hard disk drive. In our subscription model, you are not allowed to disable this function. The information is only used for analyzing your preference in relation to the subscription services we provide and will not be provided to any third parties.
Data Security
Once the Company has obtained your personal data, they will be maintained securely in our system. Only authorized staffs, who have been properly trained, will be permitted to access to those personal data. The Company will also ensure compliance by our staff with the strictest standards of security and confidentiality.
Transfer of Personal Data
Your personal data held by the Company will be kept confidential but the Company may provide such information to:
- banks in connection with payment of relevant fees;
- any personnel, agent, adviser, auditor, contractor or service provider who provides services or advice to us in connection with our operations;
- any person or corporation under a duty of confidentiality to us
- Person to whom we are required to make disclosure under applicable law, governmental or regulatory requirements or pursuant to any order of a court of a competent jurisdiction; and
Access and Correction of Personal Data
The Ordinance provides you the rights to ascertain whether the Company is holding your personal data and to correct any data that is inaccurate and not up to date. You may request for access and correction to your personal data by contacting us.
General
In case of discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail.
